Is GTA 6 on PS4 / Xbox One?

There is no last-generation SKU. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are not launch platforms and have not been listed as later platforms. Rockstar’s public materials do not offer a backward-compatible download for those boxes.

If you see a PS4 box art on a marketplace, it is fake, a reprint of V, or a scam. We do not affiliate it. We do not “debunk” every listing; we just refuse to link them.

PS5 discs are not even in play — the physical edition is a code in a box. That is how far this generation’s distribution has moved. Last-gen was never in the conversation.

GTA V’s last-gen life was a decade-long special case. Do not use it as a prophecy for VI. The engine, the city, and the official platform list all say current-gen only.

If your household only has a PS4 or Xbox One, November 19 is a stream night. That is the honest sentence. Cloud catalogs could theoretically change later; they have not listed VI as we write this.
