Lucia Caminos is named in official Rockstar materials as a lead. You play as Lucia at points in the campaign; the Extended Look and trailers show her working jobs with Jason Duval, not as a cameo passenger.
Reporting timed to the Extended Look (including a Dazed profile) described her as a fighter recently out of prison. That phrasing is magazine reporting, not a Newswire bio, so it is not copied into our OFFICIAL strip. On this page the official facts are: her name, her status as a protagonist, and that she is visible throughout official films in modern Vice City and the wider state.
